There are some places that are destined to be talked about in myths and legends. Whether they were real or not is very rarely relevant.

There are also people who share a similar destiny. Whether or not these people are real is also unimportant. Whether they deserve it, though, is the least important thing of all.

This is the story of such people, who live in such a location.
